Delete Your Account
Your data belongs to you. Here's exactly what happens when you delete your cyclyn account.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in account and credentials
- All protocols, cycls and dose logs
- Vial photos and blood test files
- Weights, reminder settings and notes
- Custom substances and item details
- Subscription status record in cyclyn
How to request deletion

Delete in the app
Go to Profile → Account → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Delete by email
Email us from the address on your account:
Processing timeline
Deletion from the app happens immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days. Copies in encrypted backups are permanently removed within 30 days.
